Got a 2023 Toyota Corolla about 3 weeks ago. I got a nail in a tire today, went there trusting they would help me. The gentleman Eric Matson was very king BUT he said the tire can’t be fixed and I got a nail in a tire today, went there trusting they would help me. The gentleman Eric Matson was very king BUT he said the tire can’t be fixed and I need a new tire for $215 that he would need to place and order and my car was going to be ready next day. I felt it was not convenient but I said yes. Then my boyfriend said that was wrong and he was taking advantage of me, he asked me to pick my car up and to get take it to another tire shop. Well, Discount tire fixed it in less than an hour and for free. Based on this experience I don’t recommend Eric. Not cool. More

Tried to get a quote to replace spark plugs for a week. No response to chat, email or phone. Made an appointment and they wanted $400 to replace 6 spark plugs. Got it done else where for $250. Had a car less than 24hrs it did work for me - they where not willing to help not interested in anything but the sale and basically hosed me out of 10 grand to leave with the car that I traded in. My complaint is for the collision center starting from Alberto he was in charge of my vehicle and he has a Horrible costumer service -5 stars and also after my car was at the body shop for more than 2 mon Alberto he was in charge of my vehicle and he has a Horrible costumer service -5 stars and also after my car was at the body shop for more than 2 months I received my vehicle duty from outside and dusty from inside I had to take my car by my own to the car wash plus a missing passenger weather mat, engine oil cover was supposed be new well they put one but broken tire sensor light on and they new a was damage because the accident and never was replaced they only care about to get pay from my car insurance 14,000 but they don’t care about costumer service and have my car checked before being delivered. More
My daughter took her Corolla in for recall issue. Being new to the area she was blessed to find World Toyota near her home. They were extremely helpful to her while solving the issues. Kyle Derrico was the technician who worked on her car. Getting an appointment was very easy. She will be making an appointment for transmission fluid/filter service later in the month. I had a scheduled appointment for routine maintenance. I have to get another tire and I don’t think they did any maintenance to my Avalon!! They rotated my tires how could they not have seen that my tire was faulty. I have been trying to contact them all morning No answer or response. Terrible Terrible More
My experience at world Toyotas car service sector was absolutely horrible! I arrived at world Toyota around 12:40pm for routine maintenance, I didn’t not leave until 7pm!!! The amount of loops and hurdles Matthew Bailey, the associate I was working with, put me through was absolutely ridiculous. I was simply trying to get charges taken off the bill for dome light problem because I pay for an extended warranty!! Which at the lot when I bought the car, the person who did the finances told me and I showed the paper work that said I wouldn’t have to pay any additional fees because I have the extended warranty and I’ve only had the car for 6 months!After hours of arguing back and forth Matthew did not want to work things out for me he told lies that “it was not covered” without fully doing the research to see. If I wrote every detail of the complete disrespect shown to me it would be 5 pages long! Overall I’m just truely disappointed in the service! I will not be returning! More
