On Tuesday night 5/18 to check to see if they had a Tundra that I wanted to buy still on the lot the guy on the phone said yes it was on the lot but to call when we were on the way to make sure they st Tundra that I wanted to buy still on the lot the guy on the phone said yes it was on the lot but to call when we were on the way to make sure they still had it,so we got up at 5:15am to drive down and get the truck,we called at 9:30am to make sure they still had the truck the lady assured me they did. When we arrived we were greeted by Miguel who pulled the truck up on THEIR dealer web site,he said he would be back with the keys in a moment…10 minutes later he comes back and says,”it sold” I asked him if he was sure,he then went to the manager and they went into his office for 15 minutes(only assuming hoping we would leave)then they both returned only to tell us they sold that truck on April 25,then the manager left.Miguel’s personal cell phone range and he took the call,he started arguing with a hotel about a $100 smoking charge for some room he stayed in…IN FRONT OF US!!!After about 20 minutes the sales manager came back to offer us another truck with 1500 miles on it,at that time we left with a few choice words of their crappy dealership!!!DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEIR SHADY LOT!!!!Go to Cherokee County Toyota where they treat you right, funny thing is the sales person isn’t even listed on their site or below🤔 More

Right before my daughter (mid-20's) moved to Atlanta in August 2018 I bought her four new Michelin tires at Costco as a parting gift and made sure her Corolla was in top shape for her long trip. In May of August 2018 I bought her four new Michelin tires at Costco as a parting gift and made sure her Corolla was in top shape for her long trip. In May of 2019, 9 months and about 5,000 miles later she scheduled an appointment at World Toyota for an oil change. They tried really hard to up-sell her four new tires and various other un-needed services including engine air and cabin filters that were less than a year old. They offered to replace a tail light bulb for $65, but she insisted she only wanted an oil change and checked YouTube for how to replace the bulb herself. They apparently were pissed off that she didn't fall for the up-sell scams. They changed her oil and torqued the plastic filter cap on so tight that two other service centers have been unable to remove it even with a special tool. She will have to replace the filter housing or else saw off the plastic cap in order to change the filter. Steer well clear of World Toyota Service. More
Dear Mr/ Ms World Toyota, when I bought my Toyota Tacoma some weeks ago the seller gave me only one key and told me I had to go to the service for another key. I had to drive from home to the service 3 time some weeks ago the seller gave me only one key and told me I had to go to the service for another key. I had to drive from home to the service 3 times because each time they said they don’t have time. The car floor mats were missing and they were been taken out by your people. That’s a kind of stealing. Another issue, is that my car is a certified but despite asking for 160 point check report several times I have not received it yet. Your seller, Bertell Winston promised me to prepare that for me. I am really worry that it is not certified and you do not have this document. I am sick and tired telling the same lie to me. Please have little bit respect and provide me with this paper, otherwise I will claim to the relevant authorities. Thanks for understanding and prompt action. More
I can’t give them zero star. The worst dealership in the city. They are not honest with the customers. I had an agreement with Mohammad Hasan, the manager, and Bertell Winston on the price with dealer manag city. They are not honest with the customers. I had an agreement with Mohammad Hasan, the manager, and Bertell Winston on the price with dealer manager then they charged me 900$ for documents fee without informing me. That is a fraud. Never trust that the car are certified that is a lie. The pressure light is on and when I checked the pressure I realized it’s not because of pressure but it is due to faulty pressure sensor, they did not mentioned and did not put on the report. Avoid buying anything from this fake dealer. More
On Dec 26 2020 I arrived at world toyota at 4:15pm. I had an appointment for 4:30pm. I rushed from work to get an oil change. When I arrived a representative told me to wait in the car. I waited for 25min. T an appointment for 4:30pm. I rushed from work to get an oil change. When I arrived a representative told me to wait in the car. I waited for 25min. Then another representative came to me. I told him I had an appointment at 4:30 and he told me we are about to close come back at 10am tomorrow. I am shocked that this dealer clearly cared less about my time. I didn't appreciate waiting that long and not getting service. I have visited this dealer a few times prior and had no complaints. Please fix this issue and only schedule appointments you can actually take. My time and gas thanks you in advance. More
Probably one of the worst examples of a fraudulent dealership service center. I was new to Atlanta and looking for a new center to call home. Came in to have a starter replaced for a Corolla. The quot dealership service center. I was new to Atlanta and looking for a new center to call home. Came in to have a starter replaced for a Corolla. The quote they printed out was around $4000. Thats $2k for the OEM starter they sell on their website for $150 and another $2000 for labor. That's not a typo. Thats what they wanted for 6 hours booked. (Ya 6 hours for a starter replacement, lol ) After my initial xxx, they said they'd give me a deal for $2000 if I had it done then. Who knows how many people have been scammed here. Avoid. More
BEWARE...They are liars and have very very poor BEWARE...They are liars and have very very poor customer service. ALL VETERANS BEWARE THEY DO NOT CARE FOR OUR BUSINESS. TWO MONTHS AND STILL NO TAG BEWARE...They are liars and have very very poor customer service. ALL VETERANS BEWARE THEY DO NOT CARE FOR OUR BUSINESS. TWO MONTHS AND STILL NO TAGS. THEY DELIVERED MY TRUCK FROM THE FACTORY AND WAS DAMAGES AFTER BEING PREP TO GIVE TO ME AND WITHOUT THE OPTION I REALLY WANTED WHICH WAS A TRD PRO TUNDRA LIMITED 4X4 . MY SALESPERSON JARREL JOYE ACTED LIKE HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I TEST DROVE UNTIL I SHOWED HIM PROVE FROM THE PICS I TOOK TO SHOW FRIENDS AND FAMILY ON WHAT THEY THOUGHT ABOUT THE TRUCK. HE WAS FUNNY ACTING WHEN THE TRUCK ARRIVED AND DIDN'T HELP ME ANY FURTHER BUT WAS PASSED OFF TO ANOTHER SALESPERSON WHEN HE KNEW HE HAD MESSED UP ON THE ORDERING OF THE TRUCK OR MISLEADING ME..... HE FIGURED OR WAS HOPING I DIDN'T CATCH THE ERROR. BESIDES THAT MY STEERING WHEEL WAS TORN AND THE RUNNING BOARD SCRATCHED DO TO THE WINDOW TINTER OR THERE DETAILER AND THEY WILL NOT OWN UP TO IT OR FIX THE DAMAGES AND THIS WAS NOTED THE SAME DAY. I CONTACTED GENERAL MANAGER AND HE DOES NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE MATTER BY THE WAY TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER. I AM A DISABLED VET AND THEY HAVE HANDLED MY TAG AND TITLE WORK LIKE AMATEURS. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND MY TAGS AND MY TITLE IS STILL NOT PROCESSED. SO VETERANS BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP BASE ON LYING AND THERE INABILITY TO DO A SIMPLE MV-30 FORM FOR DISABLED VETS EXEMPTION. THEY HAVE HAD MY PAPERWORK 4 TIMES SENT TO MY DMV FOR PROCESSING WHICH I PAID FOR AND IT HAS BEEN REJECTED AND SENT BACK FOR NOT FILLING IT OUT PROPERLY. THIS IS THERE JOB IN THERE TAG AND TITLE DEPARTMENT AND I HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES TO SEE WHY IT WAS GETTING REJECTED WHEN THEY COULD OF DID IT. ONCE AGAIN LYING SAYING THAT THEY SEND IT OVERNIGHT FEDEX WITH RETURN FEDEX OVERNIGHT AND HEARING FROM WORLD TOYOTA TAG PERSON THAT MY DMV MAILS IT BACK REGULAR MAIL PROLONGING PROCESSING. SO THEY LET MY TEMP TAGS EXPIRE SEPTEMBER 14TH SO NOW I CANT LEGALLY DRIVE MY VEHICLE. IT IS NOW OCTOBER 11TH AND NO TAG AND I CAN'T OPERATE MY VEHICLE ON THE ROAD. THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO SUPPLY ME WITH A CURIOSITY VEHICLE OR RENTAL FOR MY TROUBLES. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMERS IS THIS!!! THIS IS MY WORST NIGHMARE, FOR I AM A DISABLED VET AND I HAVE DOCTORS APPOINTMENT TO ATTEND. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNRESPONSIVE WHEN YOU CALL THEM OUT. I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH WORLD TOYOTA AGAIN. SO ONCE AGAIN MY FELLOW VETS LETS STAND TOGETHER AND DON'T patronize this dealership until they do right by me. And this goes for others as well that spend there hard earned money. More
Before signing the official bill of sale, make sure that the numbers for each line item agree with those negotiated earlier with the sales representative. World Toyota juggled some of the numbers on the of the numbers for each line item agree with those negotiated earlier with the sales representative. I gave this Toyota dealership 5 stars because my experience with the service department was excellent!
