They low balled me on the initial trade in, but were reasonable to negotiate with. When I came back to pick up car, there was a scratch on the door that I had not noticed on initial test drive. We put the deal on hold while they brought in their detail guy to resolve. I came back the following week and the scratch was taken care of so we proceeded with the deal. Very relaxed environment, no pressure. Roy Draper is a very seasoned sales person with a lot of experience. Jenni was my initial contact and she texted video and pictures of car before I visited. They gave me a clean car fax which was also posted on the website. They did a thorough walk through of how things worked before I left the lot, including setting up bluetooth, etc. Overall a very positive experience. The only negative was that when they wrote up the contract they put some BS fee of $300 for some type of made up etching or security or something bogus. I felt the overall price was fair, so I didn't fight them on it. Also, they wanted to charge extra for the certification. When I told them that would be a deal breaker they relented without much of a hassle. Negotiations are never easy. I didn't get everything I wanted but overall they were fair. I had been in other dealers where I just walked out because they were unreasonable. That was not the case here. More

The Best ! I have been searching for my car for a very long time and had either gone to all the dealerships in NJ and PA. or had contacted them by phone. I wanted a Blue or silver Eos, with mileage under 25,000, and it had to be a 2012- 2013. Some of the dealerships I went to saw a woman and thought I had no clue about cars and I was not happy with the way I was treated or talked to. Some did not take me serious because I would drive up in a 11 year old car, never judge a book by it's cover. And others could not be bothered to even contact me after the first contact. Roy Draper stuck by me for many months and searched high and low for the car I wanted so badly. He was always in contact with me to let me know his progress in finding that car. And every time I walked into that dealership I was made to feel that I was not just a customer but a friend. I so wanted him to be the one that found the right car for me because he was that kind of guy. Well he did find me the right car and I am a very happy and grateful woman. And I feel like he is a friend, not just some guy who sold me a car. More

Super Dealers! I came to WVW of Neptune looking to purchase my first car, a red Beetle coupe (which I dreamed to own since I was a kid). Of course, it was out of stock because of its popularity (as I anticipated). It seemed to be out of stock everywhere that I looked....but, Roy was proactive, jumping into the search straight away. He is highly sensitive of the customer's needs (He was honest, instead of trying to sell me something that I did not want and looked all over the tristate area to find me the perfect car.) And lo and behold, there it was, just a few short days later! He and his team managed to get me this vehicle that seemed practically impossible to attain (reasonably priced as well!) Everyone at the dealership is extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it! More

After submitting a request for more information on a Sunday night, I was contacted by Jenni first thing Monday morning. I wasn't able to make it in until Friday to look at the car, but there was no pressure - just accommodation for my schedule and a quick reminder on Thursday. I got to the dealership for my appointment, and Bob took over from there. We went on a quick test drive, where everything worked as described. After that, it was a matter of doing some paperwork. I had a 9:30am appointment, and I drove home with the car less than 2 hours later. It was that easy. No complaints about the transaction; only praise. Well done! More
