CPO Touareg Bob was a wonderful sales associate. I popped in to the dealership solo and was greeted by Bob who immediately helped me out. As a female I was cautio Bob was a wonderful sales associate. I popped in to the dealership solo and was greeted by Bob who immediately helped me out. As a female I was cautious about the CPO buying process but Bob always made me feel comfortable and took my inquiry seriously. I left the dealership with no car that night but enough of a positive intuition about Bob that I convinced my husband (who had previous negative interactions with World VW Neptune) to come back with me to meet Bob and check out the car. Long story short, we left the dealership that day with a CPO Touareg. Bob is a veteran car salesman in the best way possible. He is empathetic, professional, knowledgable, considerate and kind. Went put of their way to help I didn't buy a VW, but when I found the Toyota truck I wanted there I was willing to drive the 2 hours to get my hard to find older model car with lo I didn't buy a VW, but when I found the Toyota truck I wanted there I was willing to drive the 2 hours to get my hard to find older model car with low milage. Kevin and his counterpart Alyse were great, measuring the car and taking video before we made the drive.
