I had researched other dealerships and World Volkswagen was offering the bes I stopped in World Volkswagen interested in a Certified Pre-Owned Jetta. I drove a far way to get the deal I wanted and they did everythign possible for met to get that deal. Though I was low balled on my trade-in, it was expected since that's the business. The negative is that i was misinformed about the factory warranty of my the vehicle i was purchasing, the salesman said it carried over, the sales manager said it did not (non-VW car). So i purchased the extended warranty for assurance. Once i purchased the car, i contacted the manufacturer and found that there was actually a warranty that carried over. I called the dealer immediately to get the warranty that i purchase canceled. After sending in all the document required, I heard nothing and received no refund for over 2 months, when I contacted the dealer asking what happended I was told that hte info I sent over was misplaced and they needed me to send it in again, which i did. Again a few months went by and no-cancellation or refund. I contacted the dealer again and I was told that everythign was processed and my refund was issued. 8 months later and still no refund. It's terrible that this was an issue, if i had been allowed to contact the extended warranty program myself to cancel, I think this could have been avoided, but they require the dealer to cancel the transaction. I really enjoy the car, the price i paid, and I beleive the sales team is awesome! But after this issue, i dont think I will purchase from them in the future. More

Awesome, Awesome Experience. Issac and Steve pulled it off. Not only did they pull it off, they ran it to the bank and knocked it out of the ball park. This was after MONTHS of dealing with other dealerships, jumping through too many flaming hoops, et cetera. I was originally "settling" for a 2017 Nissan Sentra with another dealership; but test drove a 2015 VW Jetta and fell in love at first sight. Highly recommend the dealership itself, Issac, Steve, and the entire team. Keep doing what you're doing, gentlemen. You're doing it well! More
