If I could give them a ZERO I would !!! STAY AWAY I beg you I'm so furious and upset I don't even know where to begin. My daughter was in the market for a Tiguan SE model since her lease was up. I called ahea I'm so furious and upset I don't even know where to begin. My daughter was in the market for a Tiguan SE model since her lease was up. I called ahead to the dealer and spoke to Kevin Ward. I told him the colors and options I was looking for. He put me on hold, then comes back about 1 minute later and says good news I have the exact car your looking for when can you send her in. I SPECIFICALLY asked are you sure that you can do this deal if i send it. The deal was 299 a month 0 down, and that my daughter was not planning to put a single penny down. He replies yes sir, please send her in. About an hour later my daughter arrived at the dealership to meet a guy named Josh Wilson. This is when the typical games start. Josh tells us that the car is actually NOT on the lot and it must have been an error. He then proceeds to say that he can get the car but it would be 329 a month PLUS 1200 dollars down. I was blown away that the payment went up 30 dollars and was now requesting 1200 out of pocket after I specifically asked numerous times about my original deal. They then ran around the lot and found another identical car in white with black, they said they would be able to offer this vehicle at the same price. Well guess what 20 minutes later they tell me now the white Tiguan isn't available and that we would have to come back in 2 days. I have purchased over 30 cars in my life time and have never been treated like such a piece of crap. This dealer is by far the absolute worst in every aspect. Kevin magically disappeared when we arrived when we got there an hour later. It all started with him, he LIED to me multiple times over the phone to lure us in, they dropped us in a sales persons lap to try and con us into a deal and a car that didn't exist. Kevin Ward is a LIAR, untrustworthy & a con artist. As far as Josh, he got thrown into the mix but even him. He doesn't know how to return calls, continues with the same lies that he was told by his superiors, and when he finally called us to tell them they got a car, we told him that we purchased somewhere else. He got extremely RUDE and then hung up. Its no wonder this dealership has a bad reputation now I know exactly why. I urge anyone looking for a Volkswagen to AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! They are disrespectful and lie from start to finish about everything ! More

Once all the paperwork was complete, he sat with me in the car and made sure I was comfortable with all of the "buttons" before I drove away. He also leased a car to my daughter a few months earlier and she was very pleased as well. I'm terrible with names, but I believe the finance gentleman's name was Steve and he was very clear in explaining the lease agreement. I also want to give a shout out to the gentleman who prepped the car (gas and cleaning), he was super-friendly and professional. I haven't purchased a car in 14 years and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
