He knew the inventory, mileage and options on each of the vehicles we looked at. He made sure we were completely satisfied and that we found and chose a vehicle with low miles/great price and certified. We ended up with a '14 Jetta SE with less than 20K miles- and I took advantage of super low VW pre-owned financing (1.49%).
