I was told exactly what the problem was after the diagnostic, what part I needed, when the part would arrive, This service team delivered as promised. When the part arrived, I scheduled a service day and was told it would be done by the end of the day. At the end of the day, the team had some unexpected complications arise with the job, but this didn't stop them. They continued working on my vehicle after closing time! Almost an hour after closing time they finished fixing my vehicle, and now it works better than I expected. I am pleased with their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to doing the job right! I recommend them without hesitation. More

He made us feel very comfortable and frankly so did everyone else at the dealership. Joe and the team went above and beyond to do right by us and it was a quick and frustration free process. He thoroughly explained the ins and outs of the vehicle we were interested in and did a great job demonstrating its capabilities. After it was all said and done the car was detailed in a few minutes and came out shining. Definitely the best car buying experience I have had. More

Roy in sales is excellent - patient, not high pressure, very knowledgeable about VW products, informative, and did what he could to make me a happy customer. It's amazing that he taught me how to use the technology in this car. Jonathan the sales manager helped make my deal happen with very competitive pricing. Mark in finance did not rush me and used simple language to explain the lease terms; and he had all the paperwork ready to go. From start to finish - the staff at this dealership made leasing my new car easy. Bottom line -- honesty and professionalism is what you get at World VW and I recommend them with a 5 star rating. The car was ready and clean when promised. After the inspection the dealer could not believe the price we were paying for the Infinity. The purchase was smooth and they presented us with many finance options. All in all if you are looking for a new Volkswagen or Used vehicle this is the first place you should stop. Buying a car can be very stressful, the people at World were so laid back it made you feel comfortable. More
