Returned car filthy - will not stop contacting me. I brought my new car in for an oil change and it was spotless when I brought it in. They returned it to me with mud all over the carpet. This is just I brought my new car in for an oil change and it was spotless when I brought it in. They returned it to me with mud all over the carpet. This is just so easily avoidable that I find it aggravating. I reached out to the service associate who helped me and never got a response. I finally did get a response after leaving an honest review with Volkswagen when I was emailed requesting to do so. The service manager did try to make things right, but I just made a decision to take my business elsewhere because keeping a customer's car clean during an oil change seems like a bare minimum expectation - if they can't get that right, I won't trust them with anything else. You may feel differently, but that is just my opinion. I would have been fine just leaving it there, but it just doesn't end. Once you deal with World VW, you are placed on multiple email lists. I have opted out of each and every one. So then they just send you a personal email (not from a list) asking you to bring your car in for service. The email states that if you don't want to receive them anymore, to just respond and let them know. I did. So now, they actually call me and ask me if I want to make an appointment for service. How many times and in how many ways must you tell a service provider that you no longer wish to do business with them before they get the message? World VW - stop pissing people off! I would not have left a bad review based on returning my car filthy. I was happy to just keep to myself and go elsewhere. But you need to respect your former customers when they tell you they no longer wish to do business with you.. More

So I took the car back to World, hoping it wouldn't cost much or anything to fix it (some dealers walk away after selling used cars). But Matt and his service guys quickly fixed my problem, then helped me understand a few idiosyncrasies that set this A6 apart from the 2014 A4 I'd traded. Felt so relieved that it only cost me a bit of time and really appreciate these guys so much. Thanks guys. I'll def recommend ya'll to friends, family and customers. More
Horrible Service Dept. Don't bother having your VW serviced here, advisors are rude and will not help. Your better off finding a different shop to service your vehicle. When I arrived I met with Jay who then introduced me to Dylan P. Both of them were very kind and helpful. I left the dealership with a new tire and very satisfied with the service I had received! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Volkswagen. More
Dishonest Diagnostic I went to this dealership to have the fuel system tested as I was getting inaccurate readings from the fuel guage on 09 Touareg slightly over 100,150 I went to this dealership to have the fuel system tested as I was getting inaccurate readings from the fuel guage on 09 Touareg slightly over 100,150 miles that I was considering buying. Dylan said there would be a $65 diagnostic fee and if over a hour it would cost $130 additional. Dylan has the vehicle checked out and calls me about 45mins later and tells me and I quote "the fuel senders are working but they are working intermittently and that is causing the fuel guage to go all over the place". Dylan says both fuel senders need to be replaced at a cost of $542.30 before tax but they won't have the part in stock for a few days. I paid the diagnostic fee and took the estimate to the 3rd party dealership that I was buying the vehicle from and they contacted Dylan to confirm the diagnostic as they had run their own check of the fuel senders and said there was no issue. The 3rd party dealership informed me Dylan said the fuel senders were never tested based on the miles on the vehicle and he only recommended they should be changed. I was shocked and called and spoke to Dylan and he denied he ever told me that there was any issue with the fuel senders working intermittently and causing the fuel guage to go all over the place. Instead he stated there was no issue when they were tested other than them being a little worn based on the age and thats why it is recommended they should be replaced. My calls are recorded and for Dylan to lie about what he said to me both over the phone and in person reflects poorly on him and makes me not able to trust any diagnostic from this dealeralship. More
