I told Wright I had 2 months left on my lease. They financed me, took my old car and gave me a new one. I got BILLED for the old car because claim that I never mentioned that car to them. WHY would I give them my car if I would still have to PAY for it!? That literally makes NO sense when I had other dealers offering to cover the car! Plus there are pull ahead deals so STOP IT. I filed a compliant with the BBB and they replied with a flat out lie saying that I TOLD him that I never discussed my car with them. There is a recorded call between Hyundai Finance, myself & Lenny that completely disputes that statement. They sent a check for half, but I think it's because they KNOW they're wrong but don't want to accept full responsibility for dropping the ball. So far, my sister, her fiance, one friend & THREE of my colleagues have purchased a total of 3 SUV's, 2 pick ups & a car since this incident - they all live near a Wright Automotive Group dealership but have not purchased from or even visited them because of the way they handled this issue after we've purchased FOUR CARS from them! I have WAY too many friends with money who buy cars often. And this is just not smart to have me constantly telling anyone who will listen about your shady financial dealings.#JustFixIt #YouKNOWYoureWrong #BuyerBeware More

Highly disappointed I have done business with Wright Hyundai in Wexford in the past and have been 100% satisfied. I do not know what has changed from 3 years ago, possib I have done business with Wright Hyundai in Wexford in the past and have been 100% satisfied. I do not know what has changed from 3 years ago, possibly management because I definitely notice a huge difference in service and I am very disappointed! Although I have impeccable credit and a clean lease history, I was sort of dismissed, rushed, unappreciated, and unimportant. As if the staff would rather be anywhere else than trying to work with me to get into a car I like and could afford. I was very clear about my budget and the price/terms I was willing to obligate to. Wright staff came off as if I bothered them for needing help in obtaining the lowest priced car deal! Wright's came back with extremely high estimates! I was shocked! The staff had the attitude that because I already pay a certain amount for my SUV then I should be willing to pay the same amount for something else. I even went so far as to explain why I know they are giving me too high of an estimate and my dissatisfaction towards it! They were not phased and could care less. They definitely had a "take it or leave it" demeanor. I ended up just going to another Pittsburgh Hyundai dealer and GOT the brand new car I was originally inquired about and I got it for a much better price! Apparently, it's not an issue with Hyundai but an issue with Wright Hyundai in Wexford! I guess if you don't look the part, save yourself the trouble and negative experience and go somewhere else! More
Upset with time to fix car I have a six month old car. I have come to this dealership twice for service. Now since this is a fairly new car one might think it would not take lon I have a six month old car. I have come to this dealership twice for service. Now since this is a fairly new car one might think it would not take long. Well surprise surprise it took two hours on both check ups. This is really not acceptable with a new car. I even gave them the names of the two guys I spoke with. Told me it would take 2-3 hours. I am 1 hour into appt & car is still sitting outside. Same thing happened to me in December.... after waiting for 3 hours I was told camera couldn’t be fixed & had to order. Don’t buy here EVER. Service Dept is the VERY worst I’ve ever experienced & I’ve owned many cars over the past 50 years! Too many other dealerships to buy from. Planning to trade this one in the end of summer & this place couldn’t GIVE me a car for free! More

See previous notes I had a Hyundai Sonata for nearly 5 years. Liked the car a lot!! I had no intentions of getting a new vehicle. I needed a new batter--while car was I had a Hyundai Sonata for nearly 5 years. Liked the car a lot!! I had no intentions of getting a new vehicle. I needed a new batter--while car was being serviced, I walked the outside lot--it was very cold and damp out. Cory approached me in a very pleasant way and --- the rest is history!@! Cory was excellent to work with--not pushy. Very professional. He had to order the luggage rack for me -- when it came in--he had a client--he excused himself and told me he would be a few minutes. Before I knew it--two other men came out and installed the racks! Very nice working relationship among the salespeople etc. Thanks for another great experience with Hyundai!!! More
