Friendly staff, issues with financial explanations We have been Hyundai customers for several years. We have always purchased the additional warranties. We know that the unused portion of the warranty We have been Hyundai customers for several years. We have always purchased the additional warranties. We know that the unused portion of the warranty is prorated and returned. Upon asking about this in financing, we were told that it would be looked into. When I called the following day, and spoke with the financial manager, he directed me to the paperwork and showed me a cash line where it was added towards the deal. I was not happy with this as we were clear on only using the value of our trade in towards the car and expected our refund returned to us. Also there was no explanation as to how the amount was calculated. We agreed to resign the paperwork in order to have the warranty refunded to us vs going towards the car. At that point we were told the cost of the vehicles monthly payment would increase. We were not pleased bc the new amount would not have worked with our finances. After alot if back and forth with the financial manager our term was extended and the price came back to our original agreement. Although the manager was friendly and patient, it was very inconvenient and difficult to resign paperwork. I feel that this could and should have been avoided by having better communication. We have 2 young children that were present during this whole process and it added to the chaos of this experience. I do not plan on recommending Wright hyundai after this debacle. The salesman and staff were all very friendly and very helpful. It was just very disappointing to go through the process of buying this vehicle. More
