We are a previous Mazda family and as we were previously treated extremely well by Mazda AND the car we had, we really wanted a Mazda CX-50. We are now "turned off" to Mazda. I don't believe we will be back to your dealership and not to Mazda either (even as much as I used to admire the brand). There are sure a LOT of cars for sale in your lot ... I don't wonder why. I have Mazada Tribute 2004. I purchased brand new , My main mechanic was Ben. Now he is in charge of this area and doing an excellent job with my vehicle for the last 20 years. He is very professional and has Excellent knowledge in his job. Customer service is Excellent.....He needs a raise for all he does in his multitasking everyday and handles himself very well. Also I would like to commend Nate who was trained by Ben to do an excellent job with my vehicle too. More

Horrible service department!!... couldn't get anyone to return my calls, called 3 times was told each time that I would receive a call back. I bought my car there and have had service done there before. S return my calls, called 3 times was told each time that I would receive a call back.
