They didn't respond to call or text, and then when my fiance showed up to the dealership to get the car, he politely asked for a copy of the paperwork he signed and the service advisor he spoke to got ve fiance showed up to the dealership to get the car, he politely asked for a copy of the paperwork he signed and the service advisor he spoke to got very angry and strode off to go get Lindsay. My fiance was so upset that he left. The dealership said the car just needed a new battery, as well as other unnecessary repairs (according to our other Subaru mechanics) and the car broke down anyway even after replacing the battery. Very frustrating experience and I no longer feel we can trust them for repairs. More
