This Subaru location lacks integrity, transparency, and honesty. The service advisor, Emma Pry, was sneaky, condescending, and needs to go back to training. She couldn't even justify or apologize for her mistake until I said I would be contacting corporate and leaving honest reviews in various places. I've never had an issue with any other Subaru dealership before and do not plan to visit this one ever again. Also, my car ended up being misdiagnosed. I'd drive my car back to Colorado Springs' Subaru location before I would ever step foot in here again. Rude, sneaky, misdiagnosing my car, and then trying to convince me to add 2.6k worth of unnecessary services on top of that. Do better. You give Subaru a bad name. More

Moved to Clarksville a few months ago and my Subaru indicated low tire pressure. Pulled into Subaru Service and was greeted by a young lady that was very pleasant and took care of my issue. My vehicle was also due for regular maintenance (oil change and all points check). After returning home scheduled an appointment online. Scott Winstead greeted me and explained their service. I love how they keep you up to date on progress of service and send a video of all things checked. Everyone is very professional, friendly, courteous and all around great!! The waiting area is spacious, comfortable and well stocked. If needed, shuttle services are provided. Prices are reasonable and as expected. I’ll definitely be using Wyatt Johnson Subaru. More
