The employees of this establishment are very polite and eager to help. The work is great almost all of the time. I have had the oil cap installed improperly twice, and the cover left off of the top of eager to help. The work is great almost all of the time. The Parts and materials used all seem to be top notch, I am pleased there. I was disappointed that a lifetime alignment is no longer offered by the dealership. I think that adding a charge for “Shop Supplies” is shady. If they are part of doing the work, it should be part of the price of that work. I was very upset that the last time I had spark plugs changed out the cost to me was $1000.00 for 4 spark plugs, that seems excessive, they were high quality plugs, and the work was done well, but that was an excessive cost for 4 spark plugs. Differential oil changes at $200 per differential, total of $400 for my car was way too much as well. The dealership, parking lot, and waiting area were amazingly clean, and it was nice to have the coffee and snacks. Temperatures and furniture were very comfortable while I was waiting. Overall the staff were great, answered my questions quickly and to my satisfaction. Scheduling service was simple and easy. The facilities are top notch. Some of the prices are excessive. More

My wife and I started at WJ Toyota with our awesome salesman Dereck. We talked with him about a ‘25 RAV4 and looked at a used Subaru and my wife liked it so we asked if Dereck could sell us one at the salesman Dereck.
