I arrived at my 1:00 appointment on time, upon arriving and checking in for my appointment, Emma told me that there aren't any appointments ahead of me and the whole process should take about an hour and 1 and checking in for my appointment, Emma told me that there aren't any appointments ahead of me and the whole process should take about an hour and 15 minutes. And that I would be called regarding the price of the passenger break light. By 2:40-2:45 I had not received any phone call from the service department, so I called for a status update and the gentleman that I spoke to told me that they haven't even started on my car. When I asked for an estimated time for the servicing to start, the gentleman was dismissive and simply said 'we are waiting on the next available tech.' This was confusing since my car was to be 'next in line' at 1:00. At 3:30 I still hadn't received a phone call, so I called for an update. This time I spoke with Emma and she reviewed the tech's additional findings during his inspection. I agreed to the additional repairs, then asked for a time estimate for the tech to complete the repairs, I was quoted 20-30 minutes. I expressed concerned that it was getting later in the day and that I had a long drive home. I arrived back at the service department at approximately 4:00, again; while standing at the service desk, Emma (or anyone else) acknowledged me at all and definitely did not offer an update I had to be the one to ask about the status of my car. I waited another 15 minutes for the car to be ready, making the pickup time approximately 4:15.
