Let me start by saying I will not buy anything from anyone if I do not feel like I'm getting a deal. I did get a deal here! I was so happy with the deal I got on my Corolla that my husband and I went back a few months later and ended up getting a new Rav 4 in addition to the Corolla. I am a wheeler and dealer. I went in with every intention of walking right back out if they could not get the payment I wanted. Conrad went above and beyond! Conrad and the rest of the sales staff did what it took to get the deal done. I will NOT go anywhere else when I go to get another car. I will stick with Conrad. I am a Toyota customer for life. My experience at this dealer ship was excellent! I called the night prior asking questions about a vehicle and within seconds all of my questions were answered. He helped me to find the perfect vehicle for my families needs and requests. He helped entertain my 19 month old son while I looked at several different vehicles. At lunch time this gentleman took my son and I out for lunch and when we returned he helped me to get the car I wanted for a great price!!! My husband is active duty and was not able to come to the dealership so Brent went out of his way and took all of the paperwork to my husband. I told him and me and him drove to a few dealerships that was owned by Wyatt Johnson but I never found anything that day. I ended up coming back up when he found a vehicle that matched my needs. I bought the vehicle instantly. I have since then been a buyer from Brent major at Wyatt Johnson of Toyota since. I love vehicles and he helps me find the one that suits my needs at the time. I have now bought 3 vehicles from him for me my wife and now I'm interested in trading my current vehicle in for another. This review has been long overdue so here it is: This dealership was once known as Joe Hietz Toyota and now they are called Wyatt Johnson Toyota. Bottom line up front, I will not deal or buy a car from a dealership was once known as Joe Hietz Toyota and now they are called Wyatt Johnson Toyota. Bottom line up front, I will not deal or buy a car from anyone else but these people. My main sales person is Benny Joles and I can tell you that he doesn’t hide anything or try to push something that is not in my price range. I have purchased four cars of which three I still own. On every single purchase Benny has been there to assist my wife and I, in picking the right car for us. I have also had the pleasure working with Jeff Joiner (Sales Manager), he too has been great in all my car purchases. Moreover, Gina the finance person has always ensured that payments and interest rates are within my expectations. In addition, I have purchased their warranties for all my cars and all have been at a great price. Kudos to all three of these employees!! More
