Purchased a used car from this dealership. I had lots of problems with the vehicle and have been back multiple times. I worked with David the salesman and two sales managers Chris and JJ. This review has been long overdue so here it is: This dealership was once known as Joe Hietz Toyota and now they are called Wyatt Johnson Toyota. Bottom line up front, I will not deal or buy a car from a dealership was once known as Joe Hietz Toyota and now they are called Wyatt Johnson Toyota. Bottom line up front, I will not deal or buy a car from anyone else but these people. My main sales person is Benny Joles and I can tell you that he doesn’t hide anything or try to push something that is not in my price range. I have purchased four cars of which three I still own. On every single purchase Benny has been there to assist my wife and I, in picking the right car for us. I have also had the pleasure working with Jeff Joiner (Sales Manager), he too has been great in all my car purchases. Moreover, Gina the finance person has always ensured that payments and interest rates are within my expectations. In addition, I have purchased their warranties for all my cars and all have been at a great price. Kudos to all three of these employees!! More
Normally I am not one to write reviews but no serious car buyer should be treated this way. - After returning to the dealership for a second time, ready to buy a car. I told the sales person my price range, buyer should be treated this way. - After returning to the dealership for a second time, ready to buy a car. I told the sales person my price range, informed him that I had visited the website and had an idea of the cars I wanted. After wasting 2 hours of my time, I was put in a car nearly 5,000 out of my price range, and was expected to bump myself and convince myself I needed this car so bad I would finace more, WRONG! I am sincerely insulted that not only did he not listen to my needs and continue to show me cars "he knew I would love" or "could see me driving" - none of which I would EVER purchase - he didn't listen to a single one of my needs. ALSO, on top of everything. Not only did he waste my time, the price he showed me for the car on the lot was nearly 2,000$ MORE THAN I WAS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE! buyer beware!! Shady sales practices... maybe the sales people should realize buyers are smarter, own internet accessible phones, have a budget, and never assume what car I "would look great in". Sincerely insulted and will be sure I NEVER refer anyone here EVER!! More
