BUYER BEWARE! Two people from this dealership told me that the car I was buying had nothing wrong with it and everything worked as it should....HOWEVER, when I went to pick it up, I found that the driver that the car I was buying had nothing wrong with it and everything worked as it should....HOWEVER, when I went to pick it up, I found that the driver's side door handle was broken....the dealer REFUSED to fix it, and even denied that it was broken, and said they could not do anything about it...not that they COULD NOT, but that they WOULD NOT FIX IT, because they ALREADY HAD MY MONEY!!! Typical response from car dealers and just one of the reasons they get their well deserved BAD REPUTATION! Once they get your money, it's forget about the customer because they already have the sale and your money...very UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT the way to do business and earn customer satisfaction! Also, when their website says EVERYONE GETS APPROVED for their financing....ANOTHER LIE! NOT TRUE! DON'T BELIEVE IT! I tried to get financing and they would not approve it, and would not even finance part of the deal...although I even offered over 50% down payment.....BUYER BEWARE!!! More

For being my first time buying a car from a dealership this was a great experience. Things did got a little rocky but Firas kept it professional and was a lot of help. The Austintown Location was absolutely great. The staff were friendly, the place was very big and clean.
