Yalcars gave me a deal on a good car. I found it online, contacted the dealership and we made an appointment same day for me to look at it. Very quick and easy process. Carol was very I found it online, contacted the dealership and we made an appointment same day for me to look at it. Very quick and easy process. Carol was very professional and very friendly. She didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want as well as she didn't beat around the bush. She was upfront and honest, and when I had questions about stuff she was quick to help me figure it out and/or give me an answer. I pushed off doing this interview because I thought I may have issues with the vehicle as well as I wanted time in it to give a fair and honest review. I took it to a dealership and everything was golden. To explain, I did some work on it and noticed some things but the dealership said everything was in good working order. It is a great car and I've had no issues since and I'm very happy with the car I got from Yalcars! Sorry Carol and everyone at the dealership that this took so long. Sale me car with leaking coolant. I spent $1700 on the car to fox the coolant leak. She put service contract on the car without telling. I noticed it when I came to pick up the car. I supposed to get full refund of my service contract since March 5th 2024. These lady keep turning me around until now. It already pass 2months. She first told me that the warranty company is the one who supports to make a refund.Which is false. The warranty company sent her a notification since March 5th to ask them to pay my full refund. Now she know that I catch her lies, she doesn’t want to pick up my call anymore. Please Never buy cars from this dealer. More
