Everyone treated me very well, and overall, I was happy with the deal, and all the staff that assisted me were very helpful. I have recently started collecting cars for investment purposes (my currently v with the deal, and all the staff that assisted me were very helpful. I have recently started collecting cars for investment purposes (my currently very small collection is dramatically out performing my 401(K), but right now that's not too difficult) and will watch the Yalcars website for future opportunities. would not recommend this place to anyone. a deposit was put down on a car on March 13th, march 14th we called and asked for it back, they then say it was non refundable which it was not made a deposit was put down on a car on March 13th, march 14th we called and asked for it back, they then say it was non refundable which it was not made clearly enough that it was non refundable by policy rules. a bad review was left for the poor communication and bad service. days later was called and asked if i took down my reviews i could get the deposit back. Yalcars typed up a cease and desist letter (picture is attached) which violates the Consumer Fairness Act, after telling them many times that them making us do this was illegal but that didn’t stop them. after i told them they will not get a signature the HR decides to threaten to sue over slander and/or harassment. the picture attached is the Cease and Desist letter that the HR said her attorney wrote but is not notarized or has his/hers name on it. stay far far away from this place More

I’m pretty particular when it comes to purchasing cars as I am coming from the service side of the house. The car we got was priced extremely well, had all dealer service records and has no issues to note ( I am coming from the service side of the house. The car we got was priced extremely well, had all dealer service records and has no issues to note ( I drive 2hrs a day as well ). The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
