I had a problem with my Jeep, and they fit me in right away. Very pleasant and informative customer service. We could not discover a problem any more, so they did not even charge me for the diagnostic tes away. Very pleasant and informative customer service. Once again my Yark service experience was a disappointment. Rather than just be honest and tell me the repair is going to take 2 weeks, I’m told it will be ready in a day or two. NOT!
