Ryan has worked at Yark Automotive since 2012. He is married and has two sons that are 4 and 8. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and playing with his kids. Ryan says that he cannot live without food and water, of course, but he also cannot live without his family. His favorite place to be is anywhere with a beach. The weirdest job he has ever had was doing landscaping for a graveyard. Ryan's favorite car is a Jeep Wrangler.

Needed service. 6 days. 8 messages no return call took my Jeep to Thayer bg my vehicle under warranty. Stranded in Louisville Owned 4months. Scheduled and appointment on Tuesday last week for work on ram diesel for Saturday. Was told someone would call but never got call and when I showed up they could not work on car because no diesel mechani on ram diesel for Saturday. Was told someone would call but never got call and when I showed up they could not work on car because no diesel mechanic. I tried calling service managers and GM of yark and they did not respond at all. If you want good customer service the advisor is good but management needs work. I will not be going back or recommending yark to anyone. More
