You purchased your vehicle on June 8th. We sent a check to Huntington for a payoff amount of $20,150. Typically, if there is a payoff difference, the bank will cash current check and send a notice of holding the title until balance is paid in full. That check was never cashed by Huntington but we were told on June 23rd there was a payoff difference of $94.29. That check was sent on June 24th. That check also was never cashed and we were told on July 15th, there is another $120 owed for a payoff difference. Not one of the checks sent to Huntington have been cashed and were all sent to the correct address. We have copies of all UPS tracking and checks that were sent. We do have a Huntington rep involved, as well.
