Once again my Yark service experience was a disappointment. Rather than just be honest and tell me the repair is going to take 2 weeks, I’m told it will be ready in a day or two. NOT! I had to wait sometime upon arriving as no one seemed anxious to take my information. Once the problem with my ignition was diagnosed, it reinforced one of my greatest fears when I bought the car... Tim (my service consultant) was great, but I was uncomfortable to see at least half of the personnel or more walking around with masks on - despite signs stating that masks were mandatory!
