It took 5 trips to the dealer ship for my 500x to be fixed. So far, the issue has not returned. My wife really likes the car but she needs the all drive to function in the ice and snow. I have bought my last three new car from Yark, but because of the service I received I will never purchase from them again. New vehicle sales/parts and attention to detail is very impersonal and too automated. I had a frustrating experience buying a new vehicle, They failed to order add on parts I paid for as part of the vehi impersonal and too automated. I had a frustrating experience buying a new vehicle, They failed to order add on parts I paid for as part of the vehicle purchase, so after 10 days I had to call to have them ordered. Upon receiving a robo call stating the parts were in, I called to schedule a service appt to have the parts installed. The day of the appt resulted in waiting 1 1/2 hours in their waiting lounge, when they told me my parts were not in yet. So the parts had to be ordered again. Tim in the service area handled the issue well, but the entire month long process frustrated me to where I won't return unless I need to. There are other Ram dealers in town. Bought a $50k truck and was treated like dirt. More
