Great experience in first time buyer It was my first time buying a car through any dealership and right as I entered I had someone greet me and take me straight to the car for a test driv It was my first time buying a car through any dealership and right as I entered I had someone greet me and take me straight to the car for a test drive. After, he went through the pricing and eveythinf needed to know about the car and financing. They were able to negotiate and I bought the car that day without any problems. Also, the finance guy was able to help me get my first loan through a bank which is difficult. Defiantly recommend going through Kistler & their group ! More

Poor Communication I request a quote for some extra work to be done on my vehicle while it was at Kistler getting body work repair from an accident. I paid for a single I request a quote for some extra work to be done on my vehicle while it was at Kistler getting body work repair from an accident. I paid for a single part that was not even the problem I asked about and Josh back tracked his story trying to say that the real issue couldn't be assessed without fixing the part (not true) and that the part needed cost more but he never quoted me on the part. Very disappointed and out of $300 unnecessarily. More
