Overall Great Experience My wife and I went to Toledo with our 2 young boys. We decided we want to look into the new F150. We went in and met with Steven and Nick. Steven was very knowledgeable with every aspect on the trucks. We drove several trucks and couldn't figure out what exactly we wanted. They were not pushy or overbearing with us. We went to lunch and came back and found the truck we wanted. We took it out and while we were out driving Nick prepared a quote for the trucks we liked. We came back and decided we were getting the last truck we drove. Nick had everything ready to go for us. Nick and Steven got all of our info and sent back to Jeff for finance. Jeff was easy to work with, explained everything for us and it felt like we were in and out in no time. Overall a great experience and I would recommend Kistler Ford to anyone. More

They do their job and get it done. My buying experience is based on service I get, not the bottom line deal. My purchase extends to service with them. They have always been honest and careful with my buying and service needs. Their philosophy is not the typical dealer haggling, continue the customer relationship. There is no perfect dealership but these guys strive to be the best and it shiws in the staff I worked with. More
I would rate it lower if it was an option. I don’t know much about their actual dealership. But what I can tell you about their service center is to STAY AWAY!!! I urge you. If you have warranty work drive the extra distance to another dealership and have it done right. My 2013 escape went in for a minor oil leak 6 months back. It was still within warranty so I took it in for work. Since then it has been in and out over 6 times chasing the same oil leak. Either their shop is completely incompetent or they just don’t care to actually fix the issue. If it wasn’t going in for warranty work or their screw up I would have taken it to a different shop months ago. But as it sits here I am sitting at home yet again waiting for the service representative to call me back and get my escape back into their shop. I will say one positive thing. Chris had made it about as enjoyable as this terrible situation could be. At this point I believe some form of compensation is in order. I’m not asking for free stuff. But I have taken hours out of my time driving it back and forth to the shop. Heck most my miles since my last oil change have been getting it there and back. At this point I’m on the border with contacting local news, social media, and BBB. More
