We have Blue Tooth technology in our other car, but never used it because it was too complicated. He helped us with that also. What a great service for the customer. I tell all my friends and acquaintances about the sync system and how the "Sync Man" walks us through every step of the way. Understanding how to use this technology would be impossible without him. I had interaction with Maxwell Ohnezeit from the start in which he was very proactive to pass me over to Lauren. Once we agree upon a price Justin Flood in Finance took to process to completion. I loved the teamwork at the dealership. While waiting for the process to be completed I spent some time talking with the owner Bobby Jorgensen. This was the best buying experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. By the way we did have a few bumps along the way during this process and the team handled every issue with resolve, solutions and professionalism. Great job TEAM !!
