Overall, my experience was fine picking up my new company car at Kistler. I understand that the dealership doesn't receive a lot of money for processing a company car, but as individuals we do purchase new car at Kistler. I understand that the dealership doesn't receive a lot of money for processing a company car, but as individuals we do purchase new cars from dealers that we like. With this said, my overall customer service was very good from the paperwork process/license plates being issued. My only criticizism would be is that my new company car was pretty much cleaned only on the outside, and so-so cleaned on the inside. As an example, when I left the lot I could still see the suction-cup marks on the inside of the front windshield left over from the installation process. More

My experience at Kistler Ford on Friday March 7th was awesome. I was skeptical about what I wanted however I knew I needed a vehicle immediately. I had done some homework on Ford credit, cars (Fusion a awesome. I was skeptical about what I wanted however I knew I needed a vehicle immediately. I had done some homework on Ford credit, cars (Fusion and Edge) and financing available so from that aspect I was prepared. Deon was awesome to work with, great customer service, and great knowledge of cars and financing. He was patient and genuinely cared for what I wanted and what I could afford. He explained and provided several options for me based on my needs and financial situation. I was able to test drive several vehicles and there was a variety of cars to choose from. Deon worked things out based on the added features I was looking for (tint, sunroof) in the car and also persuaded me out of my comfort zone color (black). I left with a car far more than what I expected. When it was all said and done, I leased a 2014 Indigo Blue Fusion with a sunroof, voice, navigation, tint and touch features. I love it! The timing was great and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision however I was given facts. Once I did make a decision, my car was cleaned and paperwork was ready within a few hours which was good for me. I thought this would be a stressful decision however it was nothing like I thought and everything there made me feel comfortable and process seamless. Facility and lot was clean and organized. Other salesman where friendly and came to chat throughout the process. I was even offered some lunch:) This is my first BRAND new car and I am glad I went to Kistler Ford! Love Love Love....what a Blessing they are! More

I have bought all my cars at Kistler Ford since 1984, a few of them from Nick. Every time Nick has stepped up an talked an treated me like a old friend. The whole staff in the pre-owned area has always bee few of them from Nick. Every time Nick has stepped up an talked an treated me like a old friend. My husband and I were looking to upgrade to a mini van to have more room for our 3 children. Jeff and Justin made this a very easy and painless process! Took my car in for the first time, after purchasing it in October, for routine service. The staff was extremely friendly and personable.
