Yark Mazda

Our family just purchased our first Mazda. We were looking to replace an 11 year old Honda and had heard about the quality and reliability of Mazda. After a lot of research, we had our eye on a CX-90 and decided to pull the trigger. I had driven by the dealership earlier in the day and saw the vehicle was still in the yard, but covered with ice and snow. I called and spoke to James Diaz in the sales department and let him know we wanted to stop for a test drive. When we got to the dealership, the car was cleaned off and warmed (first test passed). We took the vehicle for a highway and city test and decide to purchase. No car buying experience is necessary enjoyable, but James answered our questions and didn't pressure us. We went back and forth over the purchase price and our trade eval, eventually settling on what we thought was a fair deal. While we finished signing paperwork, the dealership finished prepping the vehicle. James spent all the time we needed to answer all of our questions and if we needed anything in the future we could call him. Everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome and that they wanted to earn our business. Time will tell on the new vehicle, but I would recommend Yark Mazda for the buying experience. Hoping any service needs are way in the future! More

I would like to know why my privately owned veh today, May 6th, 2022 at 10am for service is now parked at a residence in Lambertville, MI at 7:30pm? I would like to know why my privately owned vehicle, that was NOT authorized for employee personal use, is NOT at the Yark Mazda dealership like it should be? and instead at someone's personal residence after close of business, for what appears to be the remainder of the night? More
