Brought my company vehicle in for a check engine light. Was told I need to schedule an appt. made on for the next day. Brought vehicle in at said time and was told it would take an hour to inspect and asse Was told I need to schedule an appt. made on for the next day. Brought vehicle in at said time and was told it would take an hour to inspect and assess. After 1.5 hours I walked out to ask how much longer it would be. I was told they had found the problem and had the part and we’re getting it fixed. Great news! I asked how much longer it would be and said about an hour or better. I asked if they could find out for sure as I would get a ride or reschedule my other appointments. About 15 mins later they pulled my van up to the front and said it was completed. I’m glad and great full they got it fixed but disappointed they didn’t check with me or inform me of what was going on when they weren’t busy. My 1 hr appt turned into about 2.5 hours. Just wish they did a better job communicating. More

Somewhat dissatisfied with service since they could not figure out what was wrong with car. They overlooked a bad serpentine belt as well.
