I am very disappointed with Yark Nissan, this is not my first review. After the first one i was supposed to receive a call from a manager. Still waiting. They kept looking the other way on my sons 2010 Al first review. After the first one i was supposed to receive a call from a manager. Still waiting. They kept looking the other way on my sons 2010 Altima transmission that was failing. He took it to the Nissan dealer in Cincinnati and was told it couldn't leave the dealership until they replaced the Transmission. They said the car was unsafe to drive. I have been buying vehicles from Yark since the 80's. I worked for 25 years at the Jeep plant and leased and purchased Jeeps every 3 years. My last purchase was a 2020 X4 BMW. I am going to think hard before I purchase another one from your company. Very disappointed! Mark Murray More
I had a grinding noise in my Altima and they fit me in the next day and kept me updated on the diagnosis and the cost of the fix. Service itself was excellent. The only problem was one of communication. I was told I’d get a call when my Rogue was ready to be picked up, but no call came. My wife drove me to the dealership about 5:40 to communication. I was told I’d get a call when my Rogue was ready to be picked up, but no call came. My wife drove me to the dealership about 5:40 to check on the car and the service area was closed. Fortunately a fellow from the sales department saw me and helped me find my car and pay. It’s a minor complaint about a small inconvenience but I thought I should mention it. More
I came in to get all new tires. I was greeted immediately by Matt and Nick and was introduced to the tech that was replacing my tires. I came in to have my check engine light resolved and a knocking from my air conditioning to stop and within two days they all weren’t resolved. My check engine light came on. When I called I spoke with Matt. He was able to get my car in on the day that I requested. While my car was there Matt kept me updated on the progress.
