While traveling from Mass. to Chicago,the rear brakes on my '03 Corolla were making a scraping noise. I brought it to Yark Toyota, just off I-80 near Toledo to have it checked to Chicago,the rear brakes on my '03 Corolla were making a scraping noise. I brought it to Yark Toyota, just off I-80 near Toledo to have it checked. Although their service department was fully scheduled that day, they managed to fit me in and my repairs were completed by late afternoon, enabling me to continue my trip. Took my vehicle in for a recall and they were unable to complete it in 2.5 hours. When I got my vehicle back, they had tossed my belongings and car seat base on the floor in a pile, saying it was not their complete it in 2.5 hours. When I got my vehicle back, they had tossed my belongings and car seat base on the floor in a pile, saying it was not their policy to install car seats due to liability, and that they had to get to the battery. I don’t think returning a vehicle to someone looking like it was ransacked is good customer service. More
