Taken care of promptly by Michelle. She was very pleasant and courteous. My Avalon was in for a recall and I also requested that my passenger side windshield washer be looked at. I was told the appointment would take two hours which of the appointment took eight hours. I see it from 9 AM until 1215. I then looked for the service rep to question him what was taking so long. I was told it would I was told it would be another hour. It was 115 when I was offered a Loaner car. I was told it would take another hour to hour and a half. It was after 430 before I received the phone call that my car was finished. Received my car at 5 o’clock in the interior was dirty. More
The service was done in the time the service rep. said. When I got in the vehicle to leave the mechanic didn't reset the maintenance light so I had to take it back in to be reset.
