We apologize your experience has led you to leave us a negative review. Your satisfaction is our top priority and have forwarded your review to proper management for further information. Unfortunately, the technician received the wrong part and realized it was incorrect before installation. He was able to exchange the part had to submit a form to Toyota and wait for a response which took an extended time. Upon receiving the information that it would take some time for Toyota to review, you were offered a loaner at no charge. We contacted you as soon as the repairs and communications were finalized. Please understand that we do try to serve our customers the best we can and sincerely apologize for your experience, and regret any frustration or inconvenience it may have caused you.
