Felt that there was a definite disconnect in regards to communications, I was not contacted when there was a problem with the insurance and their third party appraisers. In addition it took close to 4 mon communications, I was not contacted when there was a problem with the insurance and their third party appraisers. In addition it took close to 4 months to complete the job and it still wasn’t done till I came out and found the correct lug nuts nor do I have a replacement wheel. If I had it all to do over I would have had it towed to my house and done it myself and saved about 2,000.00 dollars ! More
