FLAT OUT LIARS! I WAS INTRESTED IN A 2014 NISSIAN SENTRA AND CALLED THEM TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE CAR. THEY SAID IT WAS AVAILABLE. THEY SAID THEY WERE STARING AT THE CAR AND IT WAS IN MINT CONDITION. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE CAR AS I WAS COMING FROM A FAR DISTANCE ABOUT AN HOUR AND HALF DRIVE WITH MY KIDS. WHEN I GET THERE, I ASK FOR THE CAR AND IT WAS NEVER THERE TO BEGIN WITH. THEY PUT A VEHICLE ON THE WEBSITE THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE WITH A DECENT PRICE TO SELL YOU OTHER VEHICLES THEY HAVE ON THEIR LOT, THAT ARE MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE. IT A SWITCH AND BAIT TYPE OF SCAM. THEY HAVE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO BE AN OPTION TO PURCHASE A CAR. DISHONEST AND SHADY. i LEFT TO DRIVE AND HOUR AND HALF BACK HOME WITH MY KIDS WITH AND NEVER GOT TO SEE THE CAR THEY POSTED. THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND WHILE I WAS THERE ACTING LIKE THEY WERE LOOKING FOR IT. i TOLD THEM I CALLED AND SPOKE TO JENNIFER AND SHE WAS IN THE OFFICE AND DID NOT GET OFF THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE BECAUSE SHE DID NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THE SITUATION OF LYING TO ME. UNPROFESSIONAL!! ALSO HAD FRIENDS WHO PURCHASED FROM HERE UNKNOWINGLY AND THEY'VE ADDED $1,800 ON TOP OF HER FINANCED VEHICLE. DID NOT TAKE TIME TO EXPLAIN JUST RUSHED HER TO SIGN. More

I was first skeptical about coming to this place from reading all the bad reviews about this place. I learned about it from the Capital One Event letters. I felt that most of the complaints and reviews were just more of classic human error. My first visit I met with Eric, he was very nice and helpful despite the dreaded 2 minutes before closing blues. I then returned the next day with the with my paystubs and Eric continued to help me with my car buying experience. Unfortunately I did not have the proper requirements for Capital One but Eric and Gina Did everything humanely possible to help me get into the car I eagerly wanted. As I waited Eric made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed of everything that was going on with my process from beginning to end. I did not have to ask for the car fax. Eric showed it to me and explained each and every detail that was reported on the car fax. Afterwards he explained clearly and as simple as possible. No fancy words or rushing me through all the paper work step by step to what I was signing and being charged for. Afterwards I went into a room to speak to, Gina Grossman, the finance manager. She had me sign my name over 20 times and simple and clear as well as to what I was agreeing to and signing my name for. She was very nice and pleasant. I was so happy with my experience I asked her where do I go to write a review. That's when I spoke with Chad who was also too a very great and pleasant guy as well. I left and still feel happy and comfortable with my car buying experience here. The team at this location will help you in everyway possible. I will strongly recommend and I have been telling all of my friends to come buy your next car here. Great service and a great selection of cars to choose from. More
