I sit and write this reflecting on my experience as a first time car buyer/owner. I want to also thank the KIA Yonkers staff for my experience and the hospitality. Buying a car is not easy its a lifelong commitment. Although the wait was not what I anticipated (maybe from anxiousness to drive off in my new car) I know that it was sought by the idea that we needed to make sure I made the right decision, that the car passes all the inspections, that it is registered and cleaned and washed before I can depart. This letter serves to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding sales service Dioris gave me throughout my car purchase transactions. Good price, but customer service lacks. I did not feel like I was heard. Communication was not there. I'm disappointed with that aspect. I'm not satisfied with service aspect.
