When i purchased my car at Kia Saad helped me feel comfortable with my decision. After having my vehicle for 2 months now it was the best decision i made. He is kind, humble and very informative. Lost Sale We are a Kia family, had an Optima, a Cadenza, and a Stinger, in the market for a new Forte. We took a test drive a month ago, took the salesman's car We are a Kia family, had an Optima, a Cadenza, and a Stinger, in the market for a new Forte. We took a test drive a month ago, took the salesman's card, told him we'd reach out in a month when our lease was expiring. We reached out, knew what we wanted and how much we should pay (do your research), the e-mail exchanges we had were ridiculous, couldn't get a straight answer to anything, really. Could they get the car we wanted in the color and options included? Salesman was referring to a GT while we wanted a GT-Line, it was very frustrating, we wanted to be loyal (the last 2 cars were leased from Yonkers) but he made it impossible to do so so we went elsewhere. We got what we wanted at pretty much what we wanted to pay, are still an all-Kia family but struck out of the Yonkers Kia family this time. Perhaps 36 months from now we'll try again, we'll see, the new place took really good care of us, no BS, just a quick and easy sale. More
Ticket while my vehicle was in for service 11/14/2019 My vehicle was drop off for service in November 2019 . While my vehicle was in for service it was given a ticket for No standing/ to Conner on 11/14/2 My vehicle was drop off for service in November 2019 . While my vehicle was in for service it was given a ticket for No standing/ to Conner on 11/14/2019. your service department got rid of the ticket. Then a month later I resolved the ticket in the mail with a late fee. I contacted you with this issue you told me you take care of this . Now is March 03/06/2020 and this ticket has accumulated 3 months of late fee and you are not doing anything about it . You told me I will notify the billing department with this matter guess what is not working. Someone is not doing their job and you definitely are not doing yours . This is not acceptable and very irresponsible on your part . And let’s not talk about your service department because they definitely not doing their job . This is definitely not doing more business with this Kia dealership and think I almost bought another Kia from this dealership 3 weeks ago omg. More

We love our new Kia Niro EV! Pamela Gonzalez, Tony Ramos and Carlos Molina were great! Pamela helped us set up our test drive, Tony was super knowledgable regarding electric vehicles, something we didn't se and Carlos Molina were great! Pamela helped us set up our test drive, Tony was super knowledgable regarding electric vehicles, something we didn't see from Hyundai or Chevy dealers in the are, and Carlos walked us through the finances without a hitch. I traded in my car two months ago to salesman, Joe Ruffalo, just to find out they never paid it off and the car is still in my name. I went in person a few weeks ago (I was out of the country and coul Ruffalo, just to find out they never paid it off and the car is still in my name. I went in person a few weeks ago (I was out of the country and couldn't go sooner) just to be told everything will be handled (a check would be mailed to my finance company paying off the remainder of my finance) and the "oversight" was due to "human error." A few days ago, I realized the car still isn't paid off and received a letter in the mail stating the car, that they supposedly were in possession of, was involved in a major accident. I went in again to dispute and was told by the GM that the car was likely stolen off their lot, everything would be handled, and that this isn't my responsibility since I had given them the car in the beginning of December and they dropped the ball. Now, I was promised to receive the money to pay off my car and everyone I've been working with is dodging my calls. This place is unprofessional and incredibly shady. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I will update this review if anything else occurrs or is resolved. More
BEWARE! Nice on the phone but rude staff when you arrive! THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING JUST TO GET YOU TO COME IN, THEN THEY MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT IS YOUR FAULT THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE CAR. I called and spoke wit THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING JUST TO GET YOU TO COME IN, THEN THEY MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT IS YOUR FAULT THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE CAR. I called and spoke with a very nice receptionist who told me that the car I was looking for was sold but, after speaking with the manager, I would be able to come in and take a look at it (just to see if I liked it) When I arrived, I spoke with a manager and I complimented him on the very professional person with whom I spoke on the phone. So far so good. The manager then passed me on to a salesman who was unsure if they even had the car. I went back to the manager and asked what was going on. The manager said that they have the car but it would not be in the show room for about another 45 minutes. I told the manager that they should have been honest with me and not make an appointment when the car was not ready to be viewed, The manager looked at me like I was from Mars. He kept saying “ we have the car” despite the fact it was obviously not on site, as represented to me on the phone. I drove 35 minutes out of my way specifically to the dealership because they said they had it. No apology, No attempt to even claim it was a misunderstanding. If this is the way they behave before they have your money, imagine what they are like once they have your money. I welcome an opportunity for them to contact me and make this right. More
