AWESOME Service Experience!! I had a sunroof problem on a Sunday spoke with service department on Monday and they were able to service me the next day (Tuesday). When I went to pick up my car nobody acknowledged me after a few minutes of standing there I went to the closest person I could find for help just to get passed to someone else. As I waited because they after a few minutes of standing there I went to the closest person I could find for help just to get passed to someone else. As I waited because they had someone a customer but I didn’t know if they was done so as I’m standing there in line waiting and didn’t get acknowledged or even asked if I was being helped or need to be helped. I had to walk up to that person to ask for help just to once again be passed off to someone else. That actually was very annoying and not good customer service seeing how it was a bunch of people in the establishment and I still had to go from person to person asking for help More
