Once again was told something was done, but it wasn't done. Really makes me wonder if anything was done at all. It's the same story as before. I was told that a tire rotation was done. It wasn't. Also found that my tires were over inflated. The tires on my Optima should be at 34 lbs, and they were. I checked them before I drove to the dealership that morning and they were at 34. The person that set up my appointment was extremely unprofessional. Also, service member asked about the reasoning for bringing my vehicle but, failed to accurately listen to what i was saying. Lastly, please inform your employees that they should be wearing their mask at all times while INDOORS. Just because one is standing behind plexiglass does not mean transmission is non existent. The plexiglass doesnt contain your staff in a confined space so please address that. They might not care about themselves but they can surely spread in to others who do and are vulnerable. More
