Yonkers Kia - Service Center

I am usually satisfied, however, not this time. I requested a tire rotation and the very next morning my tire icon went on. The air spout was faulty and I had a flat tire and spent another two hours requested a tire rotation and the very next morning my tire icon went on. I believe it's our second or third time at the Yonkers Kia Service Center and have to say it is consistently an exceptional experience in comparison to other Kia Service Centers we have visited. The wait was minimal, the staff polite, custody of vehicle seemed efficient and the young lady helping us out (Darlyn) was amazing especially for the wiper replacement recommendation. The waiting area was clean, quiet and the time flew watching ESPN. More
