the yonkers kia dealership is hit or miss, some are great Brandon in sales, mohamed in service and Darling in service. The rest of the dealership are just there to get a paycheck, i own a 2015 opt great Brandon in sales, mohamed in service and Darling in service. The rest of the dealership are just there to get a paycheck, i own a 2015 optima and was leasing a 2018 sportage, i came in to see the telluride and the sales person was not interested in giving me any information, so i left and swore not to return. i handed back the sportage and dealt with Brandon, a very nice polite salesman, i might have my son go to him for another lease, i personally will not i would rather go to another Kia dealership like the one in White plains, then to go back there More

Went to Yonkers Kia for a NYS Inspection when I dropped off my car I told the gentleman I needed air in all tires as the tire warning was on the dash, upon leaving I asked when checking out if the tech che off my car I told the gentleman I needed air in all tires as the tire warning was on the dash, upon leaving I asked when checking out if the tech checked my tire pressure I was assured he did When leaving the lot the tire pressure light was still on, I called the tech over and he took my car back in the shop, he didn't check the pressure! SMH When I left and checked the pressure two tires( 2) were at 36 ,( 1) was at 28 and (1) was at 33! Something simple could have gotten me in trouble down the road......By the way I believe the pressure should have only been 34psi More
