I made an appointment two months out, for the Friday before Memorial Day. When I got there, they said they would be able to get to it Tuesday. Fine, I expected to leave it there over the weekend. Tuesda before Memorial Day. When I got there, they said they would be able to get to it Tuesday. Fine, I expected to leave it there over the weekend. Tuesday at 3 they finally call me to tell me they've just now *started* on my car! Then why did I leave it there Friday?! The next day they tell me that the part will take a day or two to arrive, but will be there Friday, one week after I started. I ask if I can take my car back while I wait, but they insist that will put me "at the back of the line" and I will have to wait even longer. OK, whatever, get it done. On Friday, they tell me the part did not arrive, and will be there Tuesday at the earliest. I can't be without my car for a week and a half with no notice, and I don't believe anything they say, so I retrieve my car and take it elsewhere. They want you to believe it's because of the parts, but the parts don't make them overbook, the parts don't make them not offer to reschedule for when they can actually start working on your car. The parts don't make them not have any loaners, and the parts don't make them insist that picking up your car while you wait for some unknown amount of time will send you to the back of the line. Waiting would cost them money, so instead they will push the waiting off on you. More

Kyle did a good job working me in to get a new fuel tank set up in my 21 Ram 1500. The overall dealership experience since I bought the truck has been ok. I get supply chain labor issues etc since I deal wi set up in my 21 Ram 1500. The overall dealership experience since I bought the truck has been ok.
