My Jeep came in for oil change, tire rotation and to have the brakes checked out. Vehicle has less than 36,000 miles and the right rear brake pads had already worn out. Mechanic just replaced pads and rotors and sent on its way not looking Into why the pads had worn out very prematurely. I picked the Jeep up and did some errands around town and the right rear brake got extremely hot and smelled of burnt brakes. Had my wife drove the Jeep to work in Kokomo the next morning either the brakes would have caught fire, or the heat transferred to the wheel bearing causing them to seize up and more than likely causing a very serious accident. I brought my vehicle to you to be worked on properly so I would not have to worry about anyones lives being put at risk. This will probably be the last time I ever bring a vehicle there to worked and and definitely will not recommend anyone else to bring their vehicle and will tell them why. It would be tragic for someone to die because a mechanic just wanted to hurry up and get a job done weather it was done correctly or not. More
