I dropped my Jeep off Sunday night for a monday appointment I had scheduled for over a month. It sat all day - I called to check on it around 11:00 and was told it was going fine. It was getting a new rear wiper motor and oil change btw. Called at 5:00 since I hadn’t received a call saying it was done. I was told it hadn’t been started yet. I made the appointment when my daughter was home from college. She worked the next day and can’t go without a car. We picked up her car and will not be back. I have had 2 issues, first, I brought my car in for a recall with the oil system. When I got it back I got an engine light, which was a problem with the oil system. I was told it was not related, which d recall with the oil system. When I got it back I got an engine light, which was a problem with the oil system. I was told it was not related, which didnt seem right. I was charged around $200. Then this week I went in to use the 4th oil change I had pre-purchased, I was told it had expired. I was never told this expired, I had been working at home for most of the 2 years and did not require the oil changes that quickly. I will not be coming here again. More
