The service department staff people are courteous and caring people. I came in for my periodic oil change and had another concern also. This was addressed promptly and expertly. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER if you have any way to avoid it- both times we had them service our small Dodge Ram Class B Van/RV, the technicians were incompetent and, the first time last year, it was t avoid it- both times we had them service our small Dodge Ram Class B Van/RV, the technicians were incompetent and, the first time last year, it was the service writer who fortunately realized that our van was not fixed correctly, requiring we leave our vehicle longer and make multiple trips from PV. Today, we picked our van/RV up, having had routine service (oil etc) and replacing the RV coach battery in front of the rear axle. Quite expensive. After driving home to the middle of PV, we looked under to make sure the battery looked new and were horrified to find several bolts used to bolt the battery to a platform were loose, hanging down loose and 2 inches off the ground. We don’t know what parts we may have lost while driving home. We are getting ready to go somewhere and THEIR INCOMPETENT MISTAKES ARE VERY INCONVENIENT!! Even a school child knows that car parts must be fastened down properly. Now we can’t safely drive it back to the dealership , nor do we want to for fear they will mess something else up. They said we could call a company to tow it back at no cost….but we don’t need any more delays. AGGRAVATION WE DO NOT NEED! We want a partial refund of at least the labor to install the new battery as obviously the labor did it wrong. More
