In less than a day they had my problems diagnosed, knew that they had the parts in stock, and that it would be covered by warranty. I had the truck back two days later and it is running like new. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Tony and the techs who fixed my truck, and will be using York again. More

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to replace a burnt headlamp. I was told by Emily (service advisor) that the entire headlamp assembly had to be replaced because the bulb overheated. When I challenged t headlamp. I was told by Emily (service advisor) that the entire headlamp assembly had to be replaced because the bulb overheated. When I challenged this assertion, she backed away and confessed it was just the bulb, but the bulb cost $425.00! I recently found replacement bulbs on Amazon for $40 - $50! In the end, after spending $750 - the did not resolve the problem. The other headlamp is now not working-indicating the problem was unrelated to their fix. These kinds of business practices are indicative of widespread institutional corruption. How else can there be this collusion between the service technicians, parts and service technicians. I strongly advise you seek other remedies/dealerships for your service needs. More
I've been taking my 2018 Jeep Cherokee to York since day one. I'm very satisfied with the service they give me. Jake, Steve, and now Emily are knowlegable and steered me to the problem.
