So my son and I went down to York VW to look at the 2009 VW EOS and we were treated very well by Tim Smith and everyone who help with puchase of the 2009 EOS. I had a wonderful experience at York Volkswagen! I did a price quote request online and Mike Grady returned my request the next day. I got to the dealership and he met with me to discuss my options. I took a test drive with Adam and he showed me everything I could possibly need to know about the car. We had been emailing York VW back and forth about what we were looking for and the options we were interested in. We definitely loved the demo car. Was top notch. Mike did everything and them some so we would leave happy. We actually left with the car although we had no real intention of buying that day but felt at home at York VW. I would highly recommend to any and all of my friends in the market for a new car to check out York VW first you wont be disappointed especially with the very knowledgeable sales staff. They wont let you leave till you are 100% confident in your ability to operate all of your features on your new VW. Dont wast our time going anywhere else! More

They didn't have the new Golf that I particularly wanted, but were extremely willing and eager to help find exactly what I wanted. It took about a week to get it, due to dealer trades and a weekend. Mike and Fellow employees did an exceptional job at finding my needs or wants when it came down to what I was looking for. Beware of used vehicles! Within 15 minutes after driving off lot the engine light came on. We returned it for service, they kept it over a month! We tried to trade it back in and they wouldn't give us even close to price we paid saying it was only worth about $6,000 LESS than what we paid. Big ripp off! Buyer beware!! More

Took my car in for AC problem. After 2 hrs diagnostic time they could not find the problem. Asked to keep car overnight and authorization for additional diagnostic time. Had similar experience with ABS system. York VW recommended new ABS system; all I needed was a new fuse. More
