An oil change that was supposed to take an hour turned into more than 5 hours of waiting without any warning. When I saw that it was a long time, after two hours I went to ask what was happening and they into more than 5 hours of waiting without any warning. When I saw that it was a long time, after two hours I went to ask what was happening and they told me that my SUV had 3 recalls and they were doing them without warning me or asking me if I wanted to do them that day. The worst part was that they didn't even have water in the vending machines. I've been to other dealerships and they always have water to give you. More
